Additionally, during the creation of events, we collect details such as event descriptions, summaries, and creation times. During user registration, we will also ask for access to your Google Calendar, via a Google Authentication window. This is so that we can create the actual event on your calendar. It's important to note that when the corresponding event is deleted via the extension, it is permanently deleted from our database, ensuring your privacy and data security.
Usage
The data we collect from you is used to streamline your experience while using our application. Information such as event titles, event descriptions, and event times are used to allow for seamless integration between MyTask and Google Calendar, in features such as event deletion, and event editing.

All event and user data referenced in Section 2, under Personal Data Collected, detailing personal data collected, are securely stored utilizing Google Firestore's encrypted database infrastructure. This ensures an additional layer of protection for your information, safeguarding it against unauthorized access and maintaining confidentiality.
6. Limited Use Disclosure
MyTask's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, ensuring compliance and respect for user data.
7. User Consent for Data Sharing
In our efforts to provide enhanced logistics and service efficiency, MyTask utilizes the Mixtral-8x7B AI model. This advanced AI tool assists us in optimizing various logistics-related tasks to improve the overall user experience. It's important for our users to understand that event data may be shared but not stored with the Mixtral-8x7B model or any other third parties.
