Terms of Service

These terms of service and conditions ("Terms"), govern your use of the MyTask application ("Application") developed by MyTask Technologies. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Application.

1. Scope of Service

MyTask provides a platform that integrates with Google OAuth Calendar API to enable users to create events in their calendars through text input. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to grant necessary permissions to access your Google Calendar.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any suspicious, abusive, or illegal activities while using the Application.

3. Investigation and Termination

MyTask reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or abusive activities and take appropriate actions, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your subscription without notice and without any refunds. If you wish to appeal a termination decision, you may contact us at mytaskbusiness@gmail.com.

4. Refunds

All purchases made through the Application are non-refundable. However, if you have a genuine reason for requesting a refund, you may email mytaskbusiness@gmail.com explaining your situation.

5. Illegal Activities

While we do not monitor user activities, any engagement in illegal activities through the Application will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided through the MyTask Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of its developers and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Application without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyTask Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Application.

8. Changes to Terms

MyTask Technologies reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Application after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
